Brutallus is a pit lord and the second boss of the Sunwell Plateau. He deals heavy melee damage and enrages quickly, thus serving as somewhat of a gear check encounter, much like Patchwerk. He can also be seen from outside the instance, where he is engaging the blue dragon Madrigosa. He succeeds in slaying the dragon and turns her into Felmyst.
