The Idol of Hakkar that needs to spawn to end the quest will never appear.

If you are thinking of taking this quest and asking a GM for help, I recommend you just skip this one. I was level 51 when I submitted a ticket asking for GM assistance. I decided to let it go and abandon the ticket when I hit level 62 over a week later.
